Frequently Asked Questions
What is VIP transfer?+
Premium point-to-point transport in a luxury vehicle with a professional chauffeur, typically for airports and business travel. Fixed pricing, meet-and-greet and Mercedes-Benz fleet standards apply.
What if my flight is delayed?+
Your flight is tracked automatically. For standard delays the meet-and-greet window is extended without extra charge and your chauffeur adjusts to landing time.
Which cities are covered?+
Major Turkish airports (Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, etc.) and selected European destinations. Check city landing pages for availability.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation windows before travel are defined on the terms page. Late cancellations may incur partial fees.
How is pricing calculated?+
A transparent quote is generated at booking based on pickup, drop-off, vehicle class and extras. No surprise meter or surge pricing.
How do I find my chauffeur at the airport?+
Meet-and-greet with a name sign at the terminal exit. A live tracking link is shared after driver assignment.
When is hourly chauffeur rental useful?+
For multiple stops, business meetings, shopping or event days — your chauffeur stays with you and handles parking and navigation.
Is corporate and B2B booking available?+
Yes. Travel agencies and corporate clients can use B2B panel, API integration and consolidated invoicing.
Do you serve B2B travel agencies?+
Yes. Partner API, embed widgets and commission booking panel are available — see the B2B partnership page.
Which payment methods are accepted?+
Credit card via Stripe, PayPal and corporate invoicing for approved B2B partners. Payment can be completed during or after booking confirmation.
Can I request child seats or extra luggage?+
Yes. Specify passenger count, luggage and special requests (child seat, etc.) in the booking form; the appropriate vehicle class will be recommended.
How are chauffeurs vetted?+
All chauffeurs pass KYC checks and are assigned by experience, language and zone fit. Customer ratings feed into quality control.
